2020 was both different and challenging. Like you, we pivoted quickly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and CREA staff were instructed and equipped to work remotely essentially overnight. Despite these new and added hurdles, we remained committed and focused on your success. Events and services turned virtual, the importance of “home” was amplified, and we shifted to provide the support and tools you needed to adapt and succeed.
Ultimately, the year that took us all by surprise also ended up being extremely productive.
