REAL TIME Episode 10: Saying Goodbye to 2020

Given everything that’s happened this year, it’s hard to believe we’re already (finally?) at the end of 2020. Back in March, at the same time as we were all asked to stay home and stay safe, we launched REAL TIME, our podcast series and quarterly magazine for REALTORS®.

Since then, we’ve heard from incredible monthly guests on the podcast, such as Terry O’Reilly, Steve Murray, Sarah Richardson, Kelley Keehn, Jesse Thistle and more.

Our last episode of 2020 is another you won’t want to miss. Of course, after a year like we’ve had, we needed to take the time to unpack it.

How do Canadians feel about the year?

What do the trends in the housing market mean and where do we go from here?

Technology was a game-changer in 2020. What did we learn?

Thanks to insights from David Coletto, CEO of Abacus Data, and our own Patrick Pichette (VP, and Shaun Cathcart (Senior Economist), we have the answers.

Find this and all REAL TIME episodes at And be sure to tune in again in January, we have an exciting new lineup of guests to talk about all things real estate.

REAL TIME Winter Edition: Highlighting REALTORS® From Coast to Coast

Wherever they live, REALTORS® play meaningful roles in their communities. From fundraising and participating in community outreach programs, to volunteering or donating their time and money, REALTORS® are committed to the causes and charities closest to their hearts and homes.

For these reasons and more, in the latest edition of REAL TIME magazine, we turn the spotlight on you, our members, and share some of the amazing things you continue to do in your communities.

In conjunction with our annual REALTORS Care® Week, REAL TIME opened discussions on the issue of homelessness in Canada, spoke with former REALTORS Care® Award winners to see how they continue to serve their communities during these unpresented times, as well as took a moment to highlight some of the most powerful stories of REALTORS® acting as community champions over the last 12 months.

If you can’t get your hands on one of our high-quality print editions, check out the digital REAL TIME magazine here.

What would you like to see featured in an upcoming edition of the quarterly REAL TIME magazine? Email Editor Michael Shaw and let us know.
