Are you looking to “Boost Your Brokerage” in 2022? Then join us on Monday, April 4 (the day before our Open Forum and Annual General Meeting) for two educational events you won’t want to miss. This year’s events will be offered both virtually and in person!
The CREA Broker Summit is designed to bring together brokers from across the country for a day of engaging topics and with industry experts, centred around ways to help brokerages succeed and gain a competitive advantage. Topics this year include everything from “Navigating the Future of Work” to trends in the industry, and “The Power of Counterintuitive Thinking”.
Following a mid-day networking break, CREA’s Leadership Summit will begin. Brokers are encouraged to take part as we focus on modern leadership strategies, fostering a great company culture, and cybersecurity, with the goal of giving you tangible ideas to implement in your day-to-day.
In addition to gaining valuable insights, expert advice and networking opportunities, in-person attendees have the opportunity to register for three professional development courses on Sunday, April 3:
Performance Leadership: Coach, Manage & Mentor will give you strategies for leadership challenges such as recruiting, managing turnover, training, and mentoring.
This course is part of CREA’s Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation program and qualifies towards earning the CRB designation.
Leadership 200: Becoming a Leader will accelerate your leadership development with tools and techniques that give you the ability to see the big picture. You’ll learn about good governance, how to make and amend motions, and how to build consensus as you become more involved in association leadership.
Leadership 300: Enhancing Leadership Skills will strengthen your executive leadership skills so you can work effectively as a director of your association. This interactive learning experience will help you fulfil your duties as a director, chair board meetings, answer difficult questions, and advance your strategic plan.
