Join us for our next Instagram Live, scheduled to take place Monday, Feb. 1 at noon EST on CREA’s Instagram page, where CREA’s Senior Economist Shaun Cathcart will answer your questions and take part in a candid and casual conversation about some of the country’s more interesting markets.
While it’s impossible to predict the future, CREA’s team of economists are able to analyze data and confidently interpret trends being reported from real estate boards and associations from coast-to-coast-to-coast.
“Current trends and the outlook for housing market fundamentals suggest activity will remain relatively healthy through 2021, with prices either continuing to climb or remaining steady in all regions,” CREA’s Economist Doug Blissett wrote in our latest quarterly forecast
Cathcart added, “If anything, our forecast for another annual sales record in 2021 may be on the low side.”
