Access complete history of listing stats
You’re now able to access the complete history of listing stats for active REALTOR.ca and DDF® listings. Previously, REALTORS® could access 90 days’ worth of stats.
The much-anticipated feature is especially useful for listing agents serving slower markets or those marketing listings with typically longer sales cycles, such as farms or commercial properties.
The complete history of listing stats is available exclusively through the REALTOR.ca member app and isn’t available on member.realtor.ca or client reports yet. A future date for that rollout hasn’t been announced.
Once you log in to the member app, you’ll find “All” stats on each of your Listing Insights pages.

As the market adapts to measures put in place due to COVID-19, we aim to empower our members to continue to run their business and show their listings through REALTOR.ca’s new livestreaming feature. By livestreaming your open house, you can continue to connect and engage with your clients remotely and in real time.
