Teamwork is an important part of any successful brokerage. For this reason, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is pleased to now offer the Certified Real Estate Team Specialist (C-RETS) designation to all members. C-RETS courses provide the tools needed to help brokers, team leaders, and members operate effectively as a team.
This designation is provided through a partnership with the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). CREA’s Learning Hub will track your course completions, but all other designation requirements are tracked and monitored by REBI.
Those who complete CREA’s two C-RETS courses within four years will receive their C-RETS designation from REBI.
This spring, we will be offering two C-RETS courses:
Designing & Sustaining Successful Teams (April 25-26, 2023)
Offered virtually over two half days (seven hours total), this course focuses on ways to build team unity to advance your client relations and profitability.
Participants will learn how to recruit and build a great team, create a team’s identity and vision through marketing and how to leverage technology to help your team and manage workflow.
Team Leadership for Maximum Performance (May 9-10, 2023)
Offered virtually over two half days (seven hours total), this course reviews different management and leadership techniques and applies them to everyday situations to ensure your team reaches top performance.
Participants will learn how to identify, evaluate and adjust their leadership style, develop skills to build and retain top performers, and how to use coaching, mentoring and accountability to align team members and culture.
