The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is proud to announce another partnership that will increase the reach and visibility of REALTOR® listings. We have partnered with Scotiabank to make REALTOR® listings searchable within Scotiabank’s completely digital mortgage experience: Scotiabank eHOME.
Users of eHOME can now search for REALTOR® listings directly within the platform— and it’s all powered by REALTOR.ca. Anyone requesting more information is sent to the full listing description on REALTOR.ca and any leads generated through REALTOR.ca are sent directly to the listing agent.
Working with Scotiabank helps:
- increase national exposure for REALTOR® listings;
- create an opportunity for high quality leads; and
- reinforce the trusted REALTOR® brand.
For your listings to appear on eHOME, your broker owner must first give permission through REALTOR.ca DDF®. Speak to your broker owner about taking advantage of partnerships with Scotiabank, the Globe and Mail, TD Bank and more. Brokerage owners can update their office settings in RE-ALTOR.ca DDF® with just a few clicks.
In addition to extending the reach of your listings, you can enjoy the peace of mind REALTOR.ca DDF® brings by protecting the integrity of your listing content. Your listing content will remain consistent across all REALTOR.ca DDF® destinations. We also have agreements in place with all approved real estate advertising websites and partner sites, including Scotiabank, to protect our REALTOR® and MLS® trademarks.
