In the coming months, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) will be releasing new professional development opportunities focused on three different niche concentrations. If you’re looking to enhance your business, build on your existing skills, or simply continue learning, check out these latest additions to the CREA Learning Hub.
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed to help REALTORS® develop a deeper understanding of the specifics related to helping home buyers along their journey, from start to finish. You’ll learn tactics to demonstrate your value to buyers, and the best ways to protect their interests in any transaction.
This course takes place virtually from April 2–4, 2024.
The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation will allow you to better serve this community and the nuances related to working with this generational demographic, like relevant tax law considerations, and how to provide effective counsel based on the unique needs of your clients.
This course takes place virtually from May 21–23, 2024.
The Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) certification is a specialized credential awarded to new and established assistants. If you know someone looking to become a professional assistant in the real estate industry, or an experienced assistant looking to enhance their expertise, this course was developed with them in mind. Takeaways include pre- and post-transaction client engagement, marketing plan development, and working with third party vendors.
This course takes place virtually from June 4–6, 2024.
