If you’ve recently signed onto CREA WEBForms®, you may have been prompted to create an account for CREA’s new national login experience, REALTOR.ca Single Sign-On (SSO).
REALTOR.ca SSO was launched in fall 2023 to replace CREA’s previous authentication service, known as “REALTOR Link®” or “NAF”. Since then, more than 120,000 REALTORS® have created accounts.
Why should I create an account?
REALTOR.ca SSO gives users security through multi-factor authentication, personal data protection, and a mobile-first experience—and you can easily manage your own passwords to avoid being locked out.
Plus, it’s your lifeline to the products we provide as a benefit of your membership including:
CREA WEBForms®: a complete end-to-end document and transaction management solution. It allows you to simplify your real estate transaction and save time on paperwork. It’s consistently ranked as the CREA product members value most.
REALTOR.ca Member App: provides REALTORS® with access to listing stats, leads, scheduled reports and office listings on-the-go.
CREA Learning Hub: one of the best resources we have for members and board/association staff to expand their knowledge through webinars, tutorials and courses. You can also earn designations and credits towards mandatory professional development requirements.
CREA’s member portal (member.CREA.ca): this platform replaced REALTOR Link® and is a hub for a variety of CREA resources—including legal forms, event information, CREA publications and more.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, you’ll need:
- An email address you can easily access (Note: don’t use a shared email address such as a team email address).
- A password that follows standard password complexity rules (such as a combination of special characters, upper and lowercase letters and length).
- A mobile phone number (Canada/U.S. numbers only) you can easily access.
I access CREA WEBForms® through my board’s dashboard, do I need an account?
Yes! You need a REALTOR.ca SSO account to access the products and services available to REALTORS® as a benefit of your CREA membership.
