With technologies like AirBnB, VRBO, and other such property rental apps, we learned how they can impact the landscape, and what kind of properties make great rentals.
She also informed us of the risks, and considerations that should be made before jumping into owning your first vacation property. Plus, she gave us great questions REALTORS® can ask their clients early in the buying journey, to help paint a picture of what type of vacation rental property would work best for them. We also looked at the trends in vacation property sales over the past 18 months, and how those are impacting Canadians looking to buy.
