Earlier this month, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), launched its new national ad campaign.
Our research shows personal experience has a positive impact on shifting preconceived notions of real estate professionals. That is why this year’s theme, “Together, we’ll make home happen,” emphasizes the strong relationship between REALTORS® and their clients, while showcasing how REALTORS® use their knowledge and expertise to help meet their clients’ unique needs.
The campaign targets first-time home buyers and sellers across Canada through television, digital, and social media, as well as out-of-home billboards and branded content with key partners like Narcity and Vice.
Our main 30-second TV commercial features a family of “giants” struggling to find a home that meets their unique needs, until a REALTOR® notices them and offers to help. With the help of their REALTOR®, the family is finally able to find their dream home.
Each asset from this campaign highlights the unique needs Canadians have, including space for a plant collection, perfect reading nook, and a spot to pamper pets.
According to CREA’s 2022 membership survey, 68% of members consider promoting REALTORS® and improving consumers’ awareness of their services a crucial responsibility of the national association. To achieve this objective, CREA teamed up with marketing agency, No Fixed Address to tap into the emotional and personal elements of the real estate journey through storytelling to highlight how REALTORS® make home happen.
The spring flight of the campaign will run until June 4, 2023.
