Did you happen to notice anything different with June’s Monthly Stats Highlights video? What’s usually a one-person show starring CREA Chief Economist Gregory Klump or Senior Economist Shaun Cathcart is now a two-person, candid discussion about the Canadian real estate market.
The new format allows for a more fluid, easy-to-follow conversation with clear talking points about home sales over MLS® Systems of Canadian real estate boards and associations. The new host introduces the CREA expert, and from there, the two converse about all the same topics covered in previous episodes: national and localized market analysis, the MLS® Systems Home Price Index (HPI), and national average pricing.
The Monthly Stats Highlights video remains roughly three minutes long and is available on the homepage of CREA.ca under Economist’s Monthly Report and our YouTube channel. As always, the information discussed on screen coincides with CREA’s monthly news release, available on the CREA Newsroom page.
