The Results Are In: Takeaways from the 2019 CREA Membership Survey

It goes without saying: our members are #ProudREALTORS.

Of the 15,152 REALTORS® who took part in the Canadian Real Estate Association’s (CREA) 2019 Membership Survey, 91% say they’re proud of their profession, an increase from the last survey done in 2016.

In fact, satisfaction levels across all services and products CREA provides are continuing to increase year-over-year. About 75% of members surveyed say they are generally satisfied with the value CREA provides them–the highest satisfaction levels in 2019 coming from CREA WEBforms® (88%), protection of trademarks (85%) and REALTOR.ca (82%). Satisfaction levels since 2013 increased the most for CREA’s Member Support team, REALTOR.ca Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and federal advocacy efforts.

The survey, conducted this year between February 27 and March 28, was available in both English and French. It gave members the ability to share their opinions, expectations and satisfaction levels with CREA’s services and communication efforts. The survey also gives us a chance to get a better understanding of our diverse and ever-growing membership.
