There’s a new phishing scam claiming the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is calling to collect payment for ‘legal fees’. Currently, calls appear to be from and to residents in British Columbia. None of CREA’s systems are being used during these calls and a reminder CREA does not collect fees over the phone.
