Last month, CREA announced its intention to adopt a REALTOR® Cooperation Policy. Since then, we’ve appreciated the significant support for the policy and its intent, as well as the constructive criticism we’ve also received. While the Board of Directors has the authority to approve such a policy, they’ve since opted to continue consultations and bring a proposed policy to membership for a vote at our 2023 AGM.
On November 29, 2022, CREA hosted a REALTOR® Cooperation Policy Town Hall for board and association leadership from across the country to highlight the process and consultations that helped inform the policy, address some of the most common themes and questions, and open the floor to comments.
