The Canadian Real Estate Association’s (CREA) mission is to empower REALTORS® in support of Canadian real estate journeys. One way CREA achieves this is through its national advertising campaign, which increases consumers’ perception of REALTORS® and the value they bring when buying or selling real estate.
On Monday, April 1, CREA’s campaign, “Together, we’ll make home happen” returns to celebrate the strong relationship between a REALTOR® and their client. This strategy yielded fantastic results in both the spring and fall of 2023, with the ads significantly increasing consumer trust, positive perception of REALTORS®, and likelihood of recommending working with a REALTOR®.
Expanding on the REALTOR®-client relationship, new ads launching this year will showcase the knowledge and expertise a REALTOR® brings to the table. In addition, the “Larger than Life” video, which showcases a REALTOR®’s role as matchmaker, will return to social media, television, and online videos.
Our media approach targets Canadian home buyers with both traditional and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consumers see the advertisements in places like their social media feeds, shopping online at their favourite sites, not to mention while they are out and about.
