On Tuesday, September 26, 2023, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) officially launched a new national login experience, which requires users to create a new username and password to access CREA products and services—like CREA WEBForms®, REALTOR.ca DDF®, REALTOR.ca Member App, CREA Learning Hub, and other protected websites.
The new login experience, REALTOR.ca Single Sign-On (SSO) uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to verify a user’s credentials to decrease the likelihood of identity theft and cyber-attacks.
If you haven’t already created your new login credentials, you’ll be required to do so in order to gain access to CREA’s offerings, such as CREA WEBForms®, as well as certain links within your board/association’s MLS® System and dashboards.
To create an account, you’ll need:
- an email address you can easily access (don’t use a shared email address such as a team email address);
- a password that follows standard password complexity rules (such as a combination of special characters, upper- and lower- case letters and length); and
- a mobile phone number (Canada/U.S. numbers only).
