Following a three-year hiatus, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is thrilled to be back in beautiful Alberta for Banff Western Connection 2023.
Every two years the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA), Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA), Saskatchewan REALTORS® Association (SRA) and Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA) come together to host Banff Western Connection. This year from January 26-28, more than 650 REALTORS® are in Banff to expand their knowledge, network with industry professionals, and learn about the latest issues and trends impacting the industry.
On Wednesday, January 25, CREA hosted two professional developments sessions, as part of the National Leadership Program that were attended by 25 REALTORS®. These courses deliver valuable techniques and best practices to build leadership skills and support your business. At Board Leaders Day, on Thursday, January 26, 290 REALTORS®, board and association leaders and executive officers gathered to talk best practices, network, and learn from the experiences of their peers. CREA CEO Michael Bourque also discussed leadership, brand continuity, and communication during a fireside chat with Bob Goldberg, CEO of the National Association of REALTORS®.
