CREA’s Fall National Ad Campaign Builds on Success of “Welcome Home”

Following the success of its fall 2021 and spring 2022 campaign, CREA is launching an expanded version of the “Welcome Home” advertising campaign, on Monday, October 3, with a new marketing agency – No Fixed Address (NFA).

The goal of each iteration of our national ad campaign is to demonstrate the benefits of working with a REALTOR® within the homeownership journey, as well as build trust with consumers. The “Welcome Home” campaign will relaunch on a variety of platforms including TV, social media, and various other digital channels.

The campaign’s many varieties of ads were displayed across the country, and a post-campaign survey indicated “Welcome Home” had great recall, strong appeal, and impact – after seeing ads from the campaign, most respondents said they are more likely to use the services of a REALTOR®. Of those surveyed, 85% held favourable views of REALTORS® overall.

The campaign brings to light the ways REALTORS® add value, and showcases the memories, meals, and messes to be made in the place we spend most of our lives. Working with a REALTOR® is often associated with the tangible things they do, while “Welcome Home” also emphasizes the sentiment involved in the buying journey – a REALTOR® won’t just help you buy a house, they’ll help you find a home.

We’re also working with NFA to build on the television and digital campaign through out-of-home ad placements such as billboards and bus-shelters.

On October 3, check out our social pages on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram to watch our latest ad campaign and consider sharing on your social media feeds and with your networks.
