From April 15-16, real estate leaders in Canada will come together in the nation’s capital to learn valuable skills, network, and discuss the future of our industry during CREA’s Leadership Summit, Open Forum, and AGM.
On Monday, April 15, Leadership Summit kicks off with registration at 7 a.m. EDT, followed by programming starting at 8:30 a.m. EDT. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain proven insights from the Disney Institute, a segment of The Walt Disney Company, on leadership excellence, employee engagement, quality of services, and bringing “value” and “purpose” to life.
In the afternoon, Peter Katz, Juno-nominated singer-songwriter and keynote speaker will share his perspective on what it means to be connected to your work and clients in his own musical way.
To close the day, we will be hosting cocktails and canapés with Chair-Elect, James Mabey.

Register for Leadership Summit
CREA’s Open Forum and AGM will kick off the next morning, Tuesday, April 16, at 8:30 a.m., EDT with registration opening at 7:30 a.m. EDT.
Attendees can access the AGM package on member.CREA.ca.
All voting delegates will be provided with directions on how to exercise their vote(s).
Election materials for the 2024-2025 candidates running for Director-at-Large and Regional Director positions, and Directors who have been acclaimed, can be accessed through member.CREA.ca.
During the Open Forum portion of CREA’s AGM, attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions, offer feedback, and listen to a session on the proposed governance structure of REALTOR.ca as a subsidiary of CREA. To help inform discussions, draft governance materials are available within the AGM package and at CREA.ca/REALTORinc.
Later that evening, attendees are invited to the Outgoing Chair’s reception and dinner in honour of Larry Cerqua. If you can’t attend both events, there’s an option to purchase tickets for either the reception or the dinner.
