CREA Launching New National Login Experience

On Tuesday, September 26, 2023, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is launching a new national login experience. To continue accessing CREA products and services—like CREA WEBForms®, DDF®, Member App and CREA Learning Hubmembers will need to create a new username and password.

The new login experience, Single Sign-On (SSO), will offer password security and self-serve management, personal data protection, and a mobile-first experience.

To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any service disruptions, you will receive an email from inviting you to create your SSO credentials. Your invite will be sent to the same email address as your leads. Make sure to check your junk or spam folders if you don’t see it in your inbox.

What happens next? Here are a few tips:

1. How do I create an account?

There are two ways you can create a new account.

  1. Follow the link sent to you from Note: this email will go to the same inbox as your leads.
  2. Starting Tuesday, September 5, you can also create an account by following prompts as you log in using the current NAF/REALTOR Link® authentication screen when accessing CREA products or protected board applications.

To create an account, you’ll need:

  • an email address you can easily access (please note: don’t use a shared email address such as a team email address);
  • a password that follows standard password complexity rules (such as a combination of special characters, upper- and lower- case letters and length); and
  • a mobile phone number (Canada/U.S. numbers only).

You’ll need to be able to access this email and phone number when the new login experience goes live on Tuesday, September 26.

2. I created a new account and it’s not working. Why?

Your new account will be active when the new login experience goes live on Tuesday, September 26.

Until then, use your current login credentials to access CREA’s products and services.

3. I’m a member of multiple boards; do I need to create multiple accounts?

You’ll need to complete the sign-up process for each board you are a member of, however, you can link all your accounts by using the same email address during your set up process.

You can start using your new SSO username and password to access CREA’s products and services on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
